MCL knows that our job doesn't end when an amplifier is
delivered. That's why we provide our customers with the highest
levels of service and support in the
industry. A staff of service engineers is available to ensure that
the installation of your amplifier system is completed quickly and
effectively. For post-installation support, MCL offers on-site and
in-factory service, and we make every attempt to guarantee 24-hour
service support and expedient parts replacement, whether your
product is under warranty or not.
Customer training is one area
that some companies overlook. Not MCL. We thoroughly understand the
value that training provides to our customers, and we have a staff
dedicated to this important activity. Both on-site and in-house
training programs are offered throughout the year. Classes include
both standard product training and custom training programs to fit a
particular customer's needs or application.
